Welcome to Mikromarc WebCat. With WebCat you can search in the library's database with the help of a web-browser.
To the left in all the pages of WebCat there is a menu. Through this menu you can always go straight back to the Main page (Home), Simple search, Message (page to send messages to the library) and Help (help to the present page).
From the search pages you can search the library's database, and get a list of all the books that satisfied the search criteria. From the hitlist you can continue looking at more detailed information, and reserve or order books and other documents.
You can send a message to the library if you want to order or reserve a book, or if there is something else you want to tell the library staff. To order or reserve books, it is more common to search for it in the catalogue first, and then use the order or reservation function. Not all libraries offer the message service.
Some libraries offer issue and return of loans with the help of a web-browser. To use this offer, you must be registered as a borrower at the library, and you must enter your barcode (borrower number).
The main page is the welcome screen and start screen of Mikromarc WebCat. It can be found by clicking on Home in the WebCat menu to the left on the pages..
